What programs do you offer?
We currently offer the Senior Care Options HMO program:
Senior Care Options HMO
The Senior Care Options HMO program is a voluntary comprehensive health plan that provides all the services covered under Medicare and MassHealth, and other benefits if determined necessary by the primary care team. Services are coordinated by the primary care team and are accessed through our provider network.
An individual is eligible to enroll in the program if he/she is:
- At least 65 years of age
- Eligible for or enrolled in MassHealth Standard
- A Massachusetts resident living in one of our service areas
